CUSAI is pleased to announce the programme for its 4th annual Networking Event to be held at the Connemara Coast Hotel, Furbo, Galway on Thursday and Friday the 24th and 25th May.
Entitled Increasing Physical Activity and Performance Through Partnership the event will feature presentations addressing the themes of increasing student physical activity levels, elite performance and developing third level centres of sporting excellence.
Speakers at this year’s event include GAA Director of Games, Pat Daly, Leinster Rugby CEO Michael Dawson, Flora Women’s Mini Marathon Race Director Pat Healy and former Irish Olympians Neal Byrne and Gary Ryan.
Delegates to the event will also receive addresses from Waterford IT researcher Annalouise Muldoon, Union of Students in Ireland Welfare Officer Scott Ahearn, Smart Travel Programme Developer Arlene Finn while online graphic designer Glen Quinn will explore the ever increasing importance of having an online presence.
The organisers of the event believe that this year’s programme includes informative, absorbing and exciting topics delivered by experts who will inspire innovative ideas ready for implementation within our colleges, NGBs or LSPs.
Early indications suggest an increased attendance at this year’s event and with limited places delegates wishing to attend are advised to book early.
