On August 27^th 2024, five Irish golfers led by Barry Fennelly, Manager of the Paddy Harrington Golf Scholarship at Maynooth University, travelled to Kuortane-Seinajoki in Finland to compete at the FISU World University Golf Championships 2024.

The Irish men’s team placed 8th out of 15 teams, with the Irish ladies placing 11^th out of 15. Individual results are as follows;

The FISU World University Triathlon Championships 2024 was a 2-day event that took place on August 30^th and 31^st in Gdansk, Poland. Four Irish students competed and were coached by Paddy McLaughlin and Matthew Crawford.

Ireland placed 17^th in the mixed-relay event of the competition and the individual results from the event are below;
